Acceptable use
ChangeFabric is for lawful business use. You agree not to use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or circumvent the controls, policy gates, and approvals the product is built to enforce. You're responsible for the workflows you connect and the credentials you provide.
Billing & refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as set out in your order form. For annual plans, we prorate refunds on unused full months when you cancel. Any no-cost plan carries no payment and no refund.
Uptime & SLA
We target high monthly uptime for paid plans. The specific uptime commitment and any service-credit mechanics that apply to your plan are set out in your order form; no-cost plans are provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime commitment.

Liability cap
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the trailing twelve months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes, we'll give at least 30 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
The governing jurisdiction and dispute-resolution process that apply to your use of ChangeFabric are set out in your order form.
